Key Responsibilities:
Craft innovative media buying strategies that significantly enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Execute and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies based on performance data. Administer budgets for each channel meticulously, aiming for the best ROI and efficiency while meeting campaign goals. Supervise the complete campaign lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, performance evaluation, and reporting. Leverage your analytical skills to interpret data from various databases and tools, applying insights to improve campaign performance. Scout and evaluate new media buying opportunities to expand our reach and impact. Generate comprehensive performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Demonstrate proficiency in managing campaigns on diverse platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and potentially Amazon Ads.
Qualifications:
A deep passion for the beauty industry, particularly in hair extensions, and a drive to transform lives. 3-5 years of proven experience in creating effective advertising campaigns, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from campaign data, aiming to strengthen our connection with clients. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the transformative essence of our products. Knowledge of the legal aspects of digital media buying and a commitment to maintaining respectful and compliant communications. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns that celebrate and cater to our diverse clientele.

We Offer:
Base Salary: $120,000 annually, with additional commission based on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Full-Time 401(k) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance PTO
Schedule:
8 Hour Shift Day Shift Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Important Note:
This role is based in Allen, TX. Requiring daily commutes to our office. We seek local talents who share our passion for beauty and innovation. We will assist with relocation fees if necessary.
