Responsibilities
• Develop partnerships with food manufacturing suppliers
• Drive existing partnerships forward with mission and customer in mind
• Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and product ranges
• Achieve P&L targets by balancing risk and spend
• Contribute to segment strategy plans
• Source new suppliers and review pricing and range
• Manage supplier portfolio and deliver added value
• Make data-driven decisions on inventory and stock holdings
• Collaborate with demand planning and forecasting
• Drive growth with partners through new product categories and volumes
