Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Deposit Sales Manager at Bank Muamalat located in Johore, Malaysia. The Deposit Sales Manager will be responsible for... managing the sales and growth of deposit accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in the banking industry, specifically in deposit sales with minimum of 3 years
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and products
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of market trends and competition
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
