Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the perfect place for you! We are currently looking for an ambitious Student Assistant (internally called Analyst) to the Investment Management Team in Copenhagen.

About The Team And The Position

As a Student Assistant (Analyst) you will contribute to the construction, operation, and optimization of CIP’s investments globally. You will work closely together with our highly experienced Investment Management team in an international and dynamic environment. We will constantly seek to inspire you, while focusing on your learning and personal development. Working with our skilled team members, the right candidate will build a strong commercial and contractual understanding of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Furthermore, Analysts who excel in their role might have the opportunity to transition to a full-time Associate position once they have... graduated.

Key work areas
• Visualization and presentation of technical and financial data to stakeholders
• Analysis and reporting on investment performance
• Support with investment optimization initiatives across the global asset portfolio
• Working together with industrial partners and advisors
• Ad-hoc analyses in close cooperation with other Investment Management team members

The position is part-time and based in central Copenhagen. The workload will vary depending on the numbers of projects you are working on, and you will be given the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule.

About You

CIP is looking for 2nd and 3rd year BSc or 1st year MSc students in Economics, Business, Engineering, or any other relevant field. We are looking for the following candidate:
• High academic achievements
• Great communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical aptitude and structured and project-oriented approach to work
• Ability to deliver high quality output in a time-sensitive setting
• Interest in corporate finance, strategy, engineering and renewable energy
• Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit of inquiry
• Ability to work independently while still being a team player
• Experience in energy and infrastructure is beneficial, but not a requirement

Please note that students on exchange in Denmark are not considered eligible for this position.
