We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist to join busy team in Melbourne's western suburbs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping women achieve optimal health and well-being through specialised physiotherapy treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for women's health concerns, including pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal and postnatal care, incontinence, and pelvic pain
• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, biofeedback, and education to empower patients in managing their conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure holistic care and positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of current research and... advancements in women's health physiotherapy
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in women's health physiotherapy
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
