We are a leading property management company in Mesa, AZ 85212, seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have property management accounting experience and proficiency in Oracle software. Responsibilities: Full-cycle accounting for assigned properties in Oracle Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Handle... accounts payable and receivable tasks Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis Ensure compliance with accounting standards Collaborate with property managers and departments Support finance team with audits and tax preparation
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of property management accounting experience Proficiency in Oracle or similar software Strong understanding of GAAP and property accounting Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Property Manager Knowledge of CAM reconciliations and lease administration Understanding of real estate tax assessments CPA or progress towards certification is a plus This is a contract-to-hire position in Mesa, AZ, with potential for permanent conversion based on performance.
