My client is a global luxury fashion brand and they are looking for a high caliber to join and lead their local team.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Ecommerce strategy and program
• Manage Ecommerce website, content management, daily operation and activities
• Develop online media and advertising plan including but not limited to paid/owned social, SEM/SEO etc.
• Lead Omni-channel customer journey
• Analyze and monitor website traffics, KPI, metrics, sales and constantly respond, review and improve it
Requirements:
• University Degree preferably in Business/Marketing or related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in digital/eCommerce experience in luxury retail or fashion or watches & jewellery
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as eCommerce Manager
