Communications Consultant
Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS ET) is the representative office of Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung, a not-for-profit organization that started implementing projects in 2015 to improve the competitiveness and livelihoods of smallholder coffee farming households.
Among the five projects, the foundation is currently implementing in Amhara and Oromia regional states, the SAFA Ethiopia project is dedicated to enhancing the livelihood prospects of 70,000 young people in Ethiopia. Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung, Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung, and Elias Melake Foundation implement the project in the areas of agriculture, health, and logistics & supply chain management education. As part of the implementation, developing a well-designed communication strategy that enables effective communication, and ensures that messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with the organization’s objectives is crucial.
HRNS ET hereby invites qualified... communication professionals to submit their proposals, for a consultancy service in the development of a comprehensive project communication strategy. Interested applicants should provide:
1. The applicant’s brief profile including a CV and expression of interest including proof of education, training, and certification in related fields.
2. A list of previous clients with references.
3. A Technical Proposal with a timeline for activities and milestones.
4. Financial proposal with a complete breakdown of all expenses.
5 Renewed business license/ Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate and VAT registration certificate.

Note:
Applicants are required to collect the TOR within 5 working days (February 5 – February 9, 2024) and submit their technical and financial proposal in person from February 12 – February 16, 2024.
