Responsibilities:
Safety Inspection and Compliance:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety rules, and fire protection standards.
• Identify and communicate hazards to relevant parties, providing recommendations for mitigation.
Accident Investigation and Documentation:
• Investigate work-related accidents and fire incidents, analyzing causes and developing preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of fire protection, workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and related documentation.
Risk Assessment and Consultation:
• Participate in occupational risk assessments.
• Provide consultation on legal regulations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules.
Training and Development:
• Collaborate with organizational... units to organize and deliver H&S and Fire Protection training.
• Develop and implement on-the-job training (OJT) programs.
• Train internal trainers and ensure compliance with OJT standards.
• Management of the OJT competency matrix.
Culture Promotion:
• Promote a Health and Safety culture within the company.
• Conduct diverse thematic training related to the production process.
Documentation Management:
• Archive OHS and OJT training documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections of workplaces to ensure compliance with OJT standards.
• Prepare and present the implementation of goals related to the OJT program.
Qualifications:
• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or University degree.
• Minimum one year of experience in a Health and Safety role.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation and codes of practice.
