The Role
Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting group is looking for a ACBS Functional Consultant to join our journey.
As an ACBS Functional Consultant, the Individual will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) platform. He will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the ACBS framework.
We’re looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Manager, Consulting (which is a Senior Manager level position) this means a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to People Care initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to commercial lending and loan servicing.
• Support configuration and customization of the ACBS platform to meet the unique needs of the client.
• Provide expertise in ACBS modules such as customer service, payments, credit administration, syndications, and collateral management.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and functionality of ACBS implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ACBS functionality and integration with other systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to commercial lending and ACBS.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience,
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and industry standards.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ACBS modules to meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• ACBS certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience problem solving and developing products from scratch
• Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model
• Ability to handle ambiguity and white space
