DRAWLINES CONSULTS is looking for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in GCC. Candidates who are available in Qatar with their own visas, and can join immediately can apply.

Civil Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports... analyses, contracts,tender, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Civil Quantity Surveyor Qualification & Requirements :
• Should have atleast 5+ years of experience in GCC.
• Should Have knowledge in contracts and all contractual issues, agreements, disputes and other concerns, and General Conditions of Contract.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Qauantity Survey.
Preferred who are ready to join immediately and available locally in Qatar.
