Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Ljubljana, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Coach at NK Svoboda Ljubljana, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring players, developing training programs, and organizing team activities. You will also collaborate with other coaches and staff to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for players to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a coach or player in soccer or a related sport
• Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of the game
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for working with young athletes and helping them grow
• Coaching certification or relevant qualifications are a plus
