We are looking for an experienced and creative Textile Designer to join the Marc Jacobs team! If you have a passion for fashion and thrive on creating innovative and beautiful textiles, then we want to hear from you!In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing unique and stylish textiles that will be used in Marc Jacobs collections. You’ll work closely with the design team to create materials that are both on-trend and timeless.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in textile design, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a thorough understanding of the latest trends in fashion and textile design. Responsibilities:
Design and develop unique and stylish textiles to be used in Marc Jacobs collections
Work closely with the design team... to create materials that are both on-trend and timeless
Utilize CAD/CAM software, printing and dyeing techniques to create innovative textile designs
Research the latest trends in fashion and textile design
Collaborate with other designers and team members
Create detailed design plans and presentations
Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality
Follow a strict timeline to meet deadlines
