Job Description
• Prepare customs entries in Customsware or other customs software.
• Understand the elements of the Import & export customs SOP.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems.
• Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments.
• Monitor customs clearances and communicate with Customers.
• Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy.
• Understand customers procedures and maintain updated internal... DLSOPs.
• To coordinate with internal/external relevant parties in handling shipments, performing invoicing, including associated back-up and documentation and ensure proper invoicing of accounts.
• To deal with customs officers for customs formalities/clearance.
• To maintain good rapport with customers and service providers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• At least one-year working experience in customs.
• Knowledge of customs formalities/clearance.
• Good command of English and typing skill.
• Well versed in MS Office programs
