Who are we looking for this position?

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our International Sales team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in both nurturing existing client relationships and driving expansion by developing new accounts. From maintaining strong connections with our valued clients to identifying opportunities for growth, you will ensure that their needs are not only met but exceeded. In this role, you will... be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts, including coordinating client requests and monitoring project timelines. Additionally, you will be expected to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of the market and effectively present our innovative educational solutions to potential partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our key accounts, including coordinating client requests and monitoring project timelines.
• Pursue prospective international markets to expand.
• Implement the company’s marketing strategy in each country of responsibility.
• Act as brand ambassador, representing MM Educational Group in various international and local trade fairs.
• Establish active communication and engagement with other departments to ensure that orders and other requests are processed promptly.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A) or relevant field.
• 1-2 years Sales experience, ideally in a structured and organized sales department.
• Experience in publication sales or the educational field will be considered as a plus.
• Professional level in English language (verbal and written). Competency in any other foreign languages will be considered a strong plus.
• Good computer skills and general computer literacy are required.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills, along with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Availability to travel on a frequent basis.
• Other skills to be considered as a plus: time-management, excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills.
