Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Process Engineer wil be responsible for effectively managing changes for the manufacturing site around multiple areas like Innovation, CCEM and Capital Projects, Organizational Changes, etc. through the design and application of a structured methodology that includes Change Management, Portfolio Management, Technology and information Transfer. This role will lead the external communication as a Single Point of Contact from manufacturing to others functional areas such as Corporate Engineering, Production Services, Enable Innovation and Supply Chain Leads. This role must be able to analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics, mentor project teams, provide technical support... and the Manufacturing know - how for the accurate projects implementation, assuring vertical startup and effective change management by following the Corporate process (Early Management, Manufacturing Readiness, Operational Readiness, etc.). In this role, you will: Support the Technical Transfer & Manufacturing changes for new initiative launches, Capital Projects, CCEM Projects and any other Project that can affect several Manufacturing Organizations. Own the Change Management Process with other functional areas, initiatives and capital projects and act as a communication gate between external functions and local manufacturing. To implement and or ensure key project process like MR, OR, Early Management, etc. are follow up for all the projects. Manage de CCEM process (forecasting and reporting) Lead and implement processes that enable a sustainable Cost Reduction cycle Lead and implement processes that ensure organizational learning from change management processes. What we look for: Years of experience: 6+ years professional experience, including engineering fields. Experience should also include Project Management and production and operational work. BS Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent working experience Skills and Abilities: Full Knowledge of key processes - Manufacturing Readiness Operational Readiness, Risk Assessment, Impact Assessment, Change Management Plans, Manufacturing Changes.
