We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled System Analyst to join our growing team at Okoora.
As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing efficient systems and processes to support our business operations.
Your role will involve gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design efficient systems and processes to improve operational effectiveness.
• Gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed system documentation, including specifications and process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
• Provide user support and conduct training sessions during system implementations.
Requirements
• Experience in writing a characterization (PRD) from end to end - starting from... the stage of receiving the details at a high level and ending with the collection of the information required to create a full and comprehensive characterization - Must
• Experience working with development teams.
• Experience in writing specifications for development teams.
• Proficiency in English - mandatory - the specifications are written only in English
• Experience from a fintech company - an advantage
• Keen Attention to Detail
• Ability to learn multiple fields
• Experience from a cloud product company
