We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Finance Assistant?? to be responsible for the entire Rayner Biomaterials Finance flow, from purchases, to stock, accounting (management accounts, budgets, cash flows, production financial control, payments profit and loss, and balance sheet), invoicing, and accountable to monitor and provide detailed reporting from those activities.
Key Activities
• Financial Stock management and control
• Production financial control – analytic accounting
• Streamline the processes to control the expense activities (raise purchase orders, etc) liaise with the Head of Manufacturing and Operations, Rayner Financial Department and , the local accounting providers and general suppliers.
• Creating all the purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Provide weekly reports on expenses and purchases to include in management accounts or to be forecasted.
