Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a Merchandise Manager. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing inventory, communicating with customers, and managing sales. The Merchandise Manager will also be responsible for assortment planning to ensure the right mix of products is... available to customers.
• Translate Product Identity to range presentation to exceed shopper experience and ensure the store visualization has been delivered according to the store concept.
• Identify Customer Journey and Structure Planogram display to escalate shopper experience.
• Evaluate Category Performance and develop shelf capacity to improve space productivity base on shopper behavior.
• Work with Buyer to identify the right category, ordering schedule, in-out SKU.

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields.
• 8-10 years in direct experiences in buying, merchandising, sourcing, purchasing, category management from retail business, department store, supermarket chain firm.
• Understand the relationship of the impact of visual merchandise toward shopper profile and behavior.
• Understand how to manage space to meet the highest productivity.
• Ability to evaluate the category performance.
• Good command of English written and spoken and computer literary, preferable in Excel
• Strong negotiation skills with proactive, initiative, and work well under high pressure
• Multi-tasked person with result-oriented
