Unit: IRPC, Quality, Compliance and Operational Support Direct subordinates: no Position objective: Customer/Partner/Employee training organization Duties and responsibilities Be part of the IRPC Training Center team working on customer, partner and employee training Communicate with trainers to prepare learning materials according to the training program Review and update training materials to keep content up-to-date and aligned with Tietoevry brand guidelines Publishing video recordings and preparing subscription materials for delivery to clients and partners in the e-learning system Effectively present e-courses in the e-learning system Plan and coordinate the delivery of recorded training/subscription to customers using the e-learning system Be proactive in suggesting and implementing... improvements, generating ideas for better learning materials (scenarios, content, quality, etc.) To fulfill assigned work duties on time and in the best quality.
