We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Assistant to join our Partner Firm, Employee Benefits Services Group (EBSG) located in Campbell, CA.
EBSG is Northern California's leading financial and retirement planning services firm focused on the education and non-profit sector. Our unique knowledge of the government pension system helps our clients with their wealth management objectives. Position Summary
• Servicing existing client base (ex: Distributions/withdrawals, demographic changes, loans)
• Processing new business and/or sales submitted by EBSG advisors.
• Marketing support
• Proper submission of paperwork to broker/dealer
• After-sales customer service such as follow-ups to verify deductions have been properly applied.
• Interacting with insurance/investment companies
• Utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Liaison for EBSG advisors between broker/dealer and investment companies
Job Requirements
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid time management and thorough attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, as well as with other associates.
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must
• Associate degree, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales/sales assistant experience preferred
