Job Description:
As a Graphic Design Student Intern, you will be currently enrolled in a post secondary program. At WSP, you will work with Property and Buildings Strategic Growth and Business Development leadership team to help bring WSP’s marketing and branding ideas to life! The role of Graphic Design Intern will be involved in the creation of our team’s newest and best promotional materials, whether they are print or digital, to support qualifications for amazing industries like, healthcare, science and technology, data, sustainability, advance manufacturing, and more! The intern will work alongside the proposals and business development team and collaborate with other business departments within a firm.
The role will include support to the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be in the forefront of helping to shape the visual aspects of brochures, qualifications, advertising... product packaging, and exhibitions.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
• Meet with team members to determine requirements and vision for design elements, which may include multiple strategy meetings.
• Design brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and website elements.
• Create multiple different versions of a similar product and send them through approvals.
• Work with internal technology software and hardware.
• Review finalized materials to be sure there are no errors.
• Select fonts, colours, shapes, designs, styles, and layouts for projects
