Responsibilities
• Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
• A first point of contact for... employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
• Provide expert advice on HR operational processes and policies;
• Collaborate with HR team to implement specific HR initiatives/strategies across countries and culture;
• Proactively identify organization needs and provide appropriate HR solutions.
• Support business leaders in key organizational change management initiatives (start-up, organizational culture change, business process re-engineering, reorganizations, etc).
• Interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures and control throughout the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
• Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player with supervisory and management skills
• Proactive problem solving / critical thinking capabilities
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Mandarin Chinese Speaking is a plus, not a must
