Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration. In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases and liaising with supplier and distributor. You may also be required to manage office supplies.
• To ensure success in administrative secretary, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in secretarial role.
• Process, receive and double check deliveries as needed and make purchase orders, sales invoice, delivery receipts and documents necessary for sales transaction.
• Provide support in marketing events, business meetings and presentation.
• Handles shipment via airfreight and sea freight.

Job Requirements:
• Formal qualifications in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
• College Graduate or equivalent education required.
• 3 to 5 years in administrative experience would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of appreciate... software including Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional filing, record keeping and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, and scanner.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
• Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
• Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
• Processing, typing, editing and formatting reports and documents.
• Filing documents as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, schedule meeting and support visitors.
• Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if requried.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes.
• Arranging, scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking and travel bookings.
• Other duties as may assigned by the employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Education:
