The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and strategy in a fast-paced FMCG industry. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

• Reporting & Analysis
• Spearhead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring they are timely, comprehensive, and accurate within the 10-day reporting window.
• Compile the annual budget and conduct periodic reforecasts as necessary.
• Develop weekly flash reports integrating operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a robust profit and cash-flow forecasting model.
• Enhance business profitability... through transparent performance insights and insightful analysis.
• Control
• Identify and address critical financial risks.
• Lead the development and maintenance of financial control procedures to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Supervise and regulate working capital levels.
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts for effective liquidity management.
• Process Development
• Innovate and refine reporting methods to improve efficiency.
• Play a pivotal role in implementing business intelligence for financial reporting.
• Team Development
• Lead, inspire, and cultivate the Finance team.
• Foster a culture of effective management, training, and development to bolster morale, productivity, and continuous improvement. Prioritize succession planning and career advancement.

A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field
• Proven working experience as a Finance Manager
• Hands-on experience with financial and accounting software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• An in-depth understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
