The Finance Manager role is a top to bottom finance role based with an exciting investor backed high growth technology consultancy, based in Central London.

Offering hybrid working, good package and flexibility around work pattern. The company is high growth, offering hybrid working, based in Central London. Encompassing both reporting and commercial the position offers a great chance to work closely with the senior leadership in the strategic growth of the company.

Responsibilities will include:
• Report to the Finance Director, and be a member of the Leadership Team
• Financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Company compliance with local employment, tax and company laws.
• Attending weekly Leadership Team calls, and quarterly offsites / meetings, generally being a business partner for the wider team.
• Checking monthly management accounts, and contributing to quarterly commentary for shareholder communications.
• Ensuring data consistency for revenue reporting... between sales and finance systems.
• Overseeing payroll, cash/forex management, budgetary and cost control
• Tax returns and R&D tax claim.
• Reviewing all Finance processes and systems to optimise workflows
• Preparing financial forecasts, cohort analysis and other financial information for prospective investors or lenders.
• Required experience and skillset:
• Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Experience within an SME - working with owners and investors would be beneficial.
• A reporting and commercial skillset is essential.
• Good communication skills are required.
