Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Global IT HR Team Manager & Solution Architect, the Consultant is responsible for the design and operation of Triviums SAP SuccessFactors and connected global HR systems.

The Consultant is the single point of contact of the Global People Solution Team and working extensively together with the external consultants and Trivium end-users.

Your responsibilities:
• The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for the technical and functional development and integration of the Application.
• Assist in handling support tickets and yearly activities in SuccessFactors.
• Assist in applying system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Validate the impact of these changes and ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the HR Department can improve and develop its applications.
• Partner with the Data Governance Team on employee data matters.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for optimal service delivery.
• Support global projects, primarily within Europe.
• Enhance customer satisfaction in tandem with Service Delivery.
• Partner with other IT departments to validate existing and resulting solutions, ensuring they meet system and business needs.
• Cover for the SAP SuccessFactors consultant during their absence.

This role will suit you if you have the following:
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in a combination of Technical and Functional support in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and middleware.
• A working knowledge of business, risk and security technologies covering corporate and digital ecosystem networks.
• Familiarity with modern SAP HR methodologies and trends.
• Experience in cloud transformations and multi-cloud infrastructure management.
• Preferably experience in delivering large global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Reliability and capability to work independently, with adaptability to changes.
• Strong personal integrity, professionalism in handling confidential matters, and demonstrating sound judgment and senior professionalism.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Customer centricity
• Excellent presentation and communication (oral & written) skills in English.
• Willing to travel for approximately 20% of their time.
• Strong team player with high self-sufficiency.
• Experience with OpenText system is a nice to have
