As we expand our reach and impact, we're seeking a creative, organized Social Media Manager / Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a real difference in the world through social media.

Location : Remote

Hours : Part-time (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase VOTON's visibility, engagement, and impact on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Craft compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our diverse audience (ages 18-50), including posts, stories, and videos, highlighting our mission, vision, and the transformative stories from our platform.
• Manage and grow... VOTON's social media presence, fostering a vibrant community of supporters, donors, and philanthropic organizations.
• Analyze social media metrics to gauge effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Stay informed of trends in social media, philanthropy, and the crypto / blockchain sector to ensure VOTON remains a leader in the space.
• Collaborate closely with the team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and goals.

Qualifications :
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or social media accounts.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools to monitor and evaluate the success of social media activities.
• Creative thinker with excellent writing and visual content creation skills.
• Passionate about philanthropy and the potential of technology to drive change.
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
