Who will you work for?

Brick'N'Cheese restaurant (with 3 locations in Toronto, Vancouver, and Seattle) and two virtual brands (only available in Toronto).

We are rapidly expanding across Canada and the US. You must be able to travel to the US for this position.

Job Infos :
• 15-20 hours per week, part-time, possible as freelance.
• We are seeking an independent Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager and content creator who can work autonomously and is highly creative.
• 2-3 years of experience in the food/restaurant industry as a Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager/Content Creator.
• Experience required in Content Creation, Marketing Management, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• 1-2 month trial period with the possibility of a permanent position if the trial is successful.
• Salary ranges from $1800 to $2500 per month, depending on experience. You can adjust and organize your hours as you wish as long as the job is completed.
• Salary increase and bonus potential based on... results.

Job description :

We are looking for a social media manager/marketing manager for our restaurant brand.

Your main duties :
• Create and curate content in our 3 core venues (including, photos, TikTok/reels, interactive media, and influencer collaborations)
• manage all the social medias : Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook
• Content creation : content to plan, film and edit at our restaurant branch in toronto, come up with original ideas.
• Partner with influencers, foodies and brand ambassadors to widen our reach and enhance our brand credibility, Weekly, constantly.
• Active on all instagram accounts to reply to comments/DMs, stimulate the comments section with original replies.
• Create Meta ads for each location to increase sales.
• Google Ad
• Designing skills
• Updating our website to reflect seasonal menu changes
• Come up with marketing ideas to increase engagment and solidify the brand awareness and increase sales.
• Stay Current with the Internet Algorithms for Social presence
• Brainstorm and research cutting-edge, trendy, unique content for all social media platforms.
• Curate engaging content for social media platforms.

Who you are :
• Knowledge and passion for the food/restaurant industry
• 2 - 5 years in social media marketing and community management
• Sharp witted, with solid writing and verbal communications skills
• The ability to multitask effectively, balancing various types of projects (long hours, work independently)
• Develop and implement cohesive social media strategies for multiple retail brands that aligns with the brand identities, company goals, and customer engagement tactics
