I am currently working with a fantastic company who are looking for an Office and Facilities Manager to join the team on an initial contract basis.

They’re looking for someone who has previous background working within and Office Management or Facilities Management role who has experience or qualifications within Health & Safety and Compliance and can hit the ground running. The role will be based on-site at the companies head office in Cambridge.

Typical duties would include:
• Overseeing soft and hard services and assisting with day to day operations within the Cambridge office.
• Working closely with the overseas lead to assist with wider operation and internal projects.
• Supervising junior members of the team and communicating with external contractors and vendors.
• Ad hoc duties as required by the wider team.

The successful candidate:
• Office Management or Facilities Management Experience
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with contractors and staff on... all levels
• Relevant health and safety qualification
• Experience dealing with suppliers and negotiating contracts
