jobs description

The location of the role is Ljubljana – Slovenia.
You solve problems before anyone even knows they exist! As a dynamic, motivated Executive Assistant (EA), you’ll provide organizational support to several of our Partners and Managing Director and Partners and their teams largely independently.
You’ll organize and take responsibility for appointment and travel planning, prioritize effectively and proactively, coordinate processes and people, and ensure that our consultants have exactly what they need to optimally fulfill our clients’ needs. You’ll make decisions and provide advice based on your familiarity with clients and what our consultants want. You’ll book (and cancel) business trips, schedule (and reschedule) meetings, keep an eye on timing and costs, support consultant teams in their daily work, and effortlessly keep up with the consultants’ fast pace.
While our consultants spend most of their time with our clients, your home base will be the Ljubljana office, as... an affiliate of our Budapest Headquarters where you’ll be surrounded by numerous teams comprised of truly smart, team-oriented people. EAs actively participate in office life, are flexible and willing to help fellow team members, and collaborate across functions.

• Your excellent communication and teaming skills and competent, professional conduct toward clients and coworkers make you a standout.
• Your work style is independent and structured, in addition to your strong organization skills and service mentality.
• You would describe yourself as a coordination and improvisation talent, and you have an integrative personality and good conflict resolution skills.
• Strong motivation, flexibility, and commitment are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility.

• You have a 3-5 years of experience in the field of executive administration preferably beside top management in a multinational environment.
• You work proficiently in MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Trello, Slack.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills complete your profile.
• Fluent written and spoken Slovenian and Croatian is among your skills.
• If you happen to speak on a communicational level Serbian as well – you are our rockstar!

You will work in a close knit of a team of 3 EAs reporting to the Office Operations Manager and a team of 4 MAs reporting to the Assistant Team Coordinator, this way being part of an extended Assistant team of 7 that reports to the Office Operations Manager. You will share the Ljubljana Office Space with one of our local MAs, so that you and the members of your team will support each other, especially when things get hectic or the office is understaffed. You’re all highly cooperative, because a good team atmosphere is extremely important to us
