Who we are looking for.

A CRM Analyst to be responsible for analysing, interpreting and presenting valuable insights which drive forward Business decisions. Based at our offices in Gibraltar, this opportunity offers a dynamic, multi-cultural environment with a global reach where your skills in data preparation, interpretation and presentation will directly contribute to the success and growth of large-scale Customer Relationship Management programmes.

You will be results-oriented and support the analytics requirements for CRM via analysis of customer data and complex CRM technology systems. You will be a personable collaborator supporting the creation of data-driven solutions to solve a range of analytical challenges.

You will support the growing marketing function by delivering enhanced reporting solutions, analysis and recommendations for ongoing CRM campaigns operating across all regions, channels and products. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing and Technology, you... will be confident in clearly articulating findings from your data analysis which empower your colleagues to make commercial decisions directly affecting the Company’s performance.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Experience working in marketing analytics or a data-driven CRM role.
• Degree in a mathematical or statistical-based discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of gambling industry products, customer experiences and KPIs.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with ability to extract insights from multiple sources.
• Solid foundation in A/B testing and experimental design concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Experience using Business Intelligence and CRM data tools – R or Python expertise is a bonus.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills with aptitude for data storytelling.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with parallel complex projects and contexts.

Main Responsibilities
• Analysing, generating insights and making recommendations to improve multi-channel CRM campaign performance across a wide range of KPIs and platforms.
• Performing statistical procedures to optimise bonus costs and ROI on marketing activities.
• Transforming large amounts of decision-driving data into a consumable format with clear messages to influence positive change and support strategic CRM initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences at every lifecycle stage through timely analysis of data sourced from various systems.
• Contributing to the development of processes to deliver accurate dashboard and reporting solutions for the Business on a range of marketing topics.
• Promoting best practices in experimentation techniques to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Broadening the Company’s understanding of customer behaviours and segments to drive superior audience targeting and personalisation strategies.
