Personal Assistant – Team Assistant – Executive Assitant – Munich

We are currently working with a leading semiconductor company looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their growing Munich-based team. Here you would be working closely with their head of business line supporting them with organisational, administration and communication techniques.

If you were successful your responsibilities would include:
• Coordinate and organise schedules of both internal and external customer meetings, travel arrangements and workshops
• Support internal and external administration tasks
• Plan and orgainse internal and external events – meetings, workshops, trainings & logistics
• Perform purchasing activities

Your qualifications to date will include:
• Fluent German language & English
• Experience as a team assistant or personal assistant
• Proactive
• Microsoft Office programs
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
