Who we are looking for?

We are on the lookout for a B2B Sales Manager, whose core responsibility will be to convert potential leads into successful sales, with a special emphasis on warm calls, objection handling, and key account management. This... role requires an individual adept in utilizing modern sales tools and automated sales outreach, with a proactive approach to nurturing client relationships and a knack for turning opportunities into profitable business ventures. The B2B Sales Manager will manage key client relationships and stay attuned to industry trends. This role demands an individual with robust negotiation skills, a substantial understanding of software development, familiarity with typical challenges faced by software teams or contractor businesses, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in selling software services is crucial for quickly adapting to our environment and successfully fulfilling role responsibilities.

• Sales Conversion: Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation & Performance Analysis Specialist to convert leads into successful sales by understanding client requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts effectively, with a key emphasis on warm calls and objection handling.
• Account Management: As the primary liaison, nurture client relationships with a solid understanding of Software Technologies and the Software Development industry, ensuring high satisfaction by attuning to their needs and spotting potential upselling opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Contribute actively to the design and implementation of a sales strategy, making market-related and geo-specific adjustments, and performing target group segmentation, all while aligning with SPACE44's goals and our clients' needs.
• Conflict Resolution: Assume the role of a conflict resolver, managing and resolving typical challenges within software development teams and other internal or client-related conflicts, applying robust negotiation and communication skills to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and market evolutions, using this knowledge to identify new avenues for SPACE44's services and to provide insightful input to the team.
• Client and Team Feedback: Assist where needed in monthly reviews with the Agile Delivery Coach to monitor the working relationship of our teams at the client's site.
• CRM Management: Demonstrate firm competence in the use of CRM tools to monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records, track interactions, and improve the sales process.

Role & Career requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role is required, with mandatory experience in the IT or software development business, and familiarity with startups or scaling environments.
• A solid understanding of the staff augmentation or outsourcing business within IT and Software Development, and a good sense of technical understanding to solve problems, close positions, and understand needs is necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, including conflict resolution, is essential.
• Strong understanding of sales nurturing and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Proven B2B sales track record with a focus on lead conversion and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience in leveraging LinkedIn and other networking platforms for lead generation and conversion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience contributing to sales strategy development.
• Experience with industry trends and market insights.
