Job Title: Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Support Consultant

Location: Remote (Poland)

Job Type : B2B contract

• Investigate and resolve Incidents and Problems related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain product, including all associated Microsoft Dynamics F&O and AX systems.
• Communicate and troubleshoot Incidents and Problems with third-party providers as needed, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Provide consultancy services to customers, offering advice and implementing necessary changes.
• Log support calls and document resolutions on the support site.
• Take ownership of user problems, proactively addressing issues.
• Redirect or escalate support requests to appropriate personnel or Microsoft.
• Support existing clients and internal users.
• Provide timely updates to users regarding the progress of outstanding support calls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
•... Investigate and resolve customer and internal support cases, prioritizing effectively using support systems.
• Adhere to Change Control policy.
• Be available to assist outside of UK working hours for high-priority Incidents.
• Provide support for the P1 "Out of Hours" process as part of an on-call support rotation.

Required Skills:
• Minimum three years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations, with proven functional experience in resolving Production and Warehouse incidents and other AX modules, SCM, and Finance.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Preferably Microsoft Dynamics accreditation, with exposure to managing and resolving D365 F&SC tickets.
• Project Management and/or Delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-quality support to customers within SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies, with experience in Power Platform and Azure integrations being essential.
• Experience with Dynamics ISVs and third-party support teams desirable.
• ITIL knowledge and accreditation desirable, with internal training provided.
• Business and requirements analysis skills.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
