Household Services· Provide secretarial assistance to homeowner such as - arrange appointments, schedule meetings, receive visitors, make travel arrangements and respond to requests for information· Interact with vendors, contractors for maintenance requests and miscelleneous tasks· Oversee Procurement of household goods and groceries· Receive all bills/documents pertaining to administrative and financial approval, sort and prioritize for approval of Houseowner· Assist in co-ordinating the visits, programmes for School/ Education of children, Parent Teacher meets· Ensure proper recording of all documentations, Financial and non-Financial· Prioritise and bring critical matters to the notice of the houseowner· Maintain and update files and retrieve relevant information as and when required· Facilitate managing personal Company registrations, TAX documentation / follow-ups· Organise Parties/ events and social gatherings in terms of catering, décor and guest management· Manage Petty Cash... and payment- paying bills, Budgeting, Financial recordsAsset management· Vehicle Managemento Purchase and Saleo Registration renewals/ Saliko Repairs and Maintenanceo Insurance and Fees· Personal Art and Artefact Managemento Purchase/ Bids/ Saleo Records and Bookkeepingo Storage and MaintenanceStaff management· Supervise and train the household staff (Drivers, Cook, Maids and Nanny)· Manage Household Schedule of all staff· Passport, Visas and Insurance for staff· Recruitment and Documentation, Manage Replacements· Payroll and Salary management· Develop Policies and Guidelines for Health and safety, etiquette, and protocol.· Conflict Management and code of conductProperty Management· Manage Sale/ Purchase of property· Manage Properties under renovation/ constructiono Project management- hands-on Approach to maintain timelineso Vendor and Contractor managemento Payment schedule and financials/ Budgetingo Contract and regulation managemento Site reporting· Manage Existing Properties - Maintenance and service requests, Maintenance and Utility payments· Manage Non-UAE properties Knowledge of Secretarial PracticeAbility to handle critical situations in the absence of the ManagerWorking knowledge in computersKnowledge of the working and local languagesEssentials include multitasking, problem-solving skills and administrative tasksExcellent customer service abilitiesPossesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
