We're hiring a Financial Controller.

Your Challenge:
• Monthly financial reporting.
• Analyze and Report monthly, quarterly and annual results as well as the variances accompanied by... quality commentary on all material items.
• Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and forecast as required.
• Budget & actual, outlook analysis and reporting for each period.
• Manage audit (TFRS & USGAAP) engagements with independent auditors including planning, cost, executing, directing and completing financial statement and related tasks.
• Coordinating tax compliance and certification process.
• Annual Board Meeting organization and documentary support to/with Law Firm.
• To receive reports on doubtful receivables and lawsuits on the company, to evaluate the current situation in legal proceedings by periodically meeting.
• To control the periodic declarations to tax office.
• Payroll accounting journal entry control.
• Cash flow forecast
• Support and report the accounting, finance, IT, HR, legal departments for Corteva integration and compliance process.
• Execution and maintenance of effective internal controls.

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
• University degree in Accounting/Finance (English curriculum is a plus).
• Solid Accounting and financial reporting experience required: 7 to10 years direct exposure to Turkish GAAP.
• US GAAP, IFRS knowledge and experience in tax matters.  
• Previous experience in audit or working experience for the big 4 is a plus.
• Business proficiency in English is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of LogoNetsis and SAP is an asset. 
• Good excel skills required.
