Summary:
Provides general portfolio management services to advisors in the implementation of investment management for all clients in the financial planning and asset management program. Evaluates and monitors investment portfolios. Reviews accounts for proper compliance with investment objectives. Meets with clients to determine financial objectives/goals. Develops multi-asset portfolio... solutions that are managed consistently according to the client's investment objectives and in accordance with established investment policy guidelines. Regularly reviews asset allocation models to ensure appropriateness for clients financial situation, investment objectives/goals, and risk tolerance. Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs implementation and maintenance of Creative Financial Group's (CFG) investment strategies on a separate account basis in accordance with CFG and the client's investment policy as well as applicable laws, rules and regulations. Serves as a fixed income advisor/liaison for Creative Financial Group. Makes recommendations for fixed income based on specific needs of clients. Manages the trading process including the list of approved brokers. Regularly reviews the mix of securities within individual portfolios. Counsels clients on all facets of the investment overview both with regard to specific portfolio and how portfolio fits into complete financial profile. Presents investment results and recommendations for investment clients. Communicates market outlooks and quarterly letters explaining investment philosophy to clients. Monitors the status of financial markets and current events. Meets regularly with brokerage representatives to discuss market developments and trends of relevant current events. Monitors, reads and interprets pertinent material distributed through brokerage firms and regulatory agencies. Ensures consistent application of policy and adherence to regulatory, financial, and legal risks. Maintains knowledge of regulatory changes and standards of practice. Initiates and participates in new business development via internal and external referrals. Assists in developing informational materials for marketing, seminars, and educational events. May participate and/or serve on one or more committees. Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion. Performs other related duties as required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Graduate degree in related discipline or MBA is preferred. Minimum
Experience:
Four years of investment management experience including trading securities/fixed income OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Comprehensive understanding of investment products and securities operations. Understanding of the investment process including familiarity with mapping investments to asset allocation models, structuring client investment portfolios, and portfolio analytics. Solid product knowledge and good relationship management skills. Knowledge and understanding of general economic principles and impact on the economy. Knowledge and understanding of U.S. securities market. Knowledge of general accounting principles (i.e. GAAP) and application in financial reporting. Knowledge and understanding of tax laws and regulatory guidelines governing the domestic and international securities market. Skill utilizing modeling and analysis techniques to make complex calculations. Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products and various investment management systems (i.e., Bloomberg, Baseline, and Moxy). Proficiency using various investment management system such as Bloomberg, Baseline, and Moxy. Certification(s):
Master's degree, CFA, CFP, CIMA and AAMS preferred Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
InvestmentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
