Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Executive to join our dynamic Conveyancing Department. As a Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting our solicitors in all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactional processes.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutions, providing exceptional service and legal... support.

Responsibilities:
• Assist solicitors with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including property sales, purchases, and transfers.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant parties to facilitate the conveyancing process.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized files and records, both physical and electronic.
• Coordinate and manage deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and transactions.
• Stay up to date with changes in conveyancing laws and regulations, keeping the team informed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Executive, preferably within a conveyancing department.
• Strong knowledge of Irish conveyancing law, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using legal case management software and other relevant tools.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to client service.
