With multiple warehouse sites located within close proximity, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across all four sites ( two locations) . Job... Description: As the Warehouse Manager for our multi-site operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of our warehouses. You will be responsible for managing operations across three locations within a 10-minute drive of each other. This role demands strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Management: Oversee operations at three warehouse locations, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between sites. General Operations: - Manage the overall functioning of the warehouses, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics. Purchasing and Costing:- Responsible for procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimize costs across operations without compromising quality or service. Staff Training and Development:- Train, mentor, and develop warehouse operatives to ensure a high level of productivity and adherence to safety protocols. Quality Control:- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction. Health and Safety Compliance:- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff. Performance Monitoring:- Implement KPIs and metrics to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement. Problem-Solving:- Address operational challenges promptly and effectively, demonstrating the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Continuous Improvement:- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence. Qualifications and Skills:
• * Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in cost analysis and budget management.

• Experience in staff training and development.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

Additional Requirements
• - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between warehouse sites as needed.
