Your Mission

The Senior Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director and drive success by cultivating new relationships and opportunities for our client. Working with our client’s team of Industrial Heating High Tech Process Experts and Technologists, you'll strategically pursue new business ventures, contributing to our growth in the evolving American industry.

• Identify and target key markets for Our client's existing equipment.
• Prospect potential clients through participation in tradeshows and scientific committees.
• Expand business opportunities with current customers.
• Manage customer trials at Our client's test center.
• Develop technical and financial proposals.
• Negotiate with buyers to secure contracts.
• Maintain and update the CRM system weekly while preparing sales reports and forecasts.
• Oversee project monitoring until solution deployment.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager on marketing materials

Your Profile
• 5-10 years of experience selling complex machinery with long sales cycles.
• Understanding of high technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A great personality with a go-getter, hands-on approach.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with a solid technical foundation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A curious and passionate attitude towards high technologies.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Spanish as a second language is a plus.
