The ideal candidate is a self-starter that provides excellent customer service. You must be comfortable reaching out to customers, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. As well as detail oriented adding customer orders into the system and dealing with returns and tracking.

• Enter and track orders, process returns, order entry, and dealing with complaints
• Increasing purchasing with small accounts
• Account ownership
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
• At least 2 - 5 years' of sales experience
• Must have experience with SAP and Fiori reporting in SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Close attention to detail with strong follow up
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
