The Director Food and Beverage will be a key contributor to our commitment to excellence, focusing on revenue enhancement within the F&B department. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotels and resorts, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in F&B operations, innovative revenue strategies, and a dedication to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to devise and execute strategic plans, ensuring the achievement of revenue goals and the continual improvement of F&B operations.

Menu Development and... Innovation:

Oversee menu planning, introducing creative and diverse culinary offerings that cater to the preferences of our sophisticated clientele.

Revenue Optimization:

Implement inventive strategies to boost F&B revenue, such as signature events, themed promotions, and strategic partnerships.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

Elevate the guest dining experience through personalized service, meticulous attention to detail, and the creation of unforgettable moments.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and inspire the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the F&B staff, ensuring they consistently exceed guest expectations.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain impeccable standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Budget Management:

Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop and manage the F&B budget, ensuring efficient cost control while maximizing revenue.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management within luxury hotels and resorts.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue-generating strategies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and culinary innovations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
