• Graduate of an accredited program of nursing and has current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in Cambodia
• At least two (2) years public/private health experience with references
• Expert knowledge of emergency services - preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in written & spoken Khmer language (knows English and Chinese are desirable)
• Computer literacy; previous experience with hospital system is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills
• Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
• Immediately stabilize incoming patients
• Administer medication as instructed by physicians
• Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
• Perform tracheotomies and intubations
• Give patients stitches and sutures
• Create and maintain incoming patient records
• Work with team of emergency staff to help patients
• Handle administrative tasks... when needed
