The opportunity

Your new role

As the Personal Assistant reporting into the GM Managed Fund Claims, you will be providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of Senior Managers and required to perform a variety of complex, highly responsible, sensitive, and confidential office, and administrative support tasks. No two days are the same and we are seeking someone who can bring their coordination and forward-thinking mindset to the role. More specifically you will:
• Coordinate, manage and deliver timely and accurate administrative support to the general manager, senior managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation across the business unit.
• Manage... communication including inboxes, phone calls and diaries.
• Maintain a high level of commercial acumen through administration management, developing documentation, correspondence, travel arrangements.
• Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Extensive experience in a Personal Assistant role working within an executive-level environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.
• Must be able to juggle multiple commitments in fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of administrative processes and working within a confidential environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
