Personal Assistant to Chairman

Our client is a medium Group company with financial services and other diversified business in Greater China and SE Asia. They have a financial services company in Central reputable A class building and is looking for a Personal Assistant to Chairman to support their operation with the following details : -

Duties :
• Responsible for the overall office management including human resources, office administration and other support work tasks;
• Handle human resources functions such as recruitment and selection, staff relations, compensation and benefits, training and development;
• Handle office administration and daily office operation support such as sourcing office supplies, equipment maintenance, lease management and liaise with property... management office;
• Provide personal assistance to Chairman on supporting business activities, meeting arrangements, taking minutes, business supervision, attending external events and activities, public relations work tasks, etc.

Requirements :
• Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• 5 years or above office management support with human resources management exposure;
• Previous exposure in financial or banking or insurance industry will be an added advantage but not a must;
• Outstanding capability, external coordination and public relations, interpersonal and communication power with internal and external parties;
• Proficient in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Presentable, responsive, independent, responsible, flexible with positive working attitude and team spirit
