We are currently recruiting for the position of Store Manager (M/F) for El Corte Inglés in Lisbon. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage hiring of the team; - Train/supervise store teams; - Prepare forecast of stock needs; - Provide daily and weekly sales updates and comprehensive monthly sales reports; - Ensure health and safety rules are applied in every store; - Implement new launches (training, merchandising); - Organize invoices and label them based on what items were purchased; - Scan and send all accounting-related documents to the affiliate accountants (sales reports/details, copies of invoices/bills, intercompany information); - Monitor and analyze event/incentive's performance; - Identify... co-branding opportunities; - Support existing / future retail partners with training; - Ensuring a welcoming environment forthe client at the counter; - Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection; - Compounding perfumes, labeling, boxing the products. PROFILE - 3 to 4 years of retail experience / on the field; - Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and classical POS system; - Team management experience; - Driven by sales, performances and commercial success
