Your role at Exness:

We are in search of an experienced Product Manager with expertise in CRM, Sales and Marketing automation, customer journey design and analysis. In this role you will collaborate closely with Sales and Direct marketing teams on growing commercial metrics via building fully/semi-automated interactions with customers, running experiments, facilitating research etc.

This position will be located on-site, either at our offices in Cyprus or Malaysia.

You will:
• Improve commercial metrics: Costs/Budget, ARPU, LTV, Activation rate, Retention rate, etc. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Formulate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses aimed at enhancing metrics and achieving goals.
• Refine business goals and requirements with stakeholders to build an actionable roadmap. Define priorities for the business and development teams.
• Communicate roadmap and requirements to teams to define optimal solutions and timely delivery. Review and accept... results.
• Monitor project execution and ensure visibility to the team and stakeholders on project status and estimated time of arrival (ETA). Manage expectations effectively.
• Own stack of 3rd party solutions, control and optimize vendors' budget. Align priorities with other product teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration when necessary.

What makes you a great fit:
• Expert-level understanding and hands-on experience with Sales CRM and Direct marketing automation. Experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) is a big plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role for a development team.
• Experience with cross-functional project teams with at least 5-10 team members, including Designers, Developers, Business Analysts, Data/Analytics, QA.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle along with proficiency in traditional project management. The ability to seamlessly blend these methodologies is essential to deliver optimal results.
• Basic data analysis skills (spreadsheets/pivots, simple SQLs, understanding business metrics). Expertise in Amplitude or similar analytical tools. Ability to analyze reports and exploit findings.
• Understanding and experience in the process of identifying, researching and procuring of new vendors.
• Experience working with Loyalty programs will be a plus
• Advanced verbal and written communication, at least upper-intermediate English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, coupled with a strong proficiency in facilitation and conflict resolution.
