Opis stanowiska:
For our client, a global technology company, we are actively searching for Remote Commissioning & Onboarding Engineer who will manage day to day tasks for commissioning and oversee handover of AV systems into customer environments and service. Working closely with projects delivery teams and onsite field engineers for implementation of audio-visual systems and ensuring successful deployments.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
• Validating designs during project implementation and ensuring systems are installed and been... configured to work in accordance with agreed scope.
• Gathering engineers and end user feedback to improve future designs and processes.
• Remote Programming and Commissioning of AV systems
• Contribute and be capable of creation User guides and user manuals based on the system design.
• Help with creation of complex Scope of Works for service call outs and building knowledge base articles on known issues and established procedures.
• Build a portfolio of ‘how-to’ guides that engineers can easily follow, for the successful deployment and onboarding of new projects.
• To guide and assist customers with handover process into service via available remote toolset including test call.
• Onboarding qualifying systems into remote management platforms.
• Supporting build and development of existing and new remote management solutions.
What we are looking for in you:
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills in English. We are looking for a person who will manage supporting partners with technical guidance at a high level. The candidate for this position should have experience in the following systems: Lightware, QSC, BIAMP, Shure, Logitech.
