Health, Medical & PharmaceuticalSource : uWorkin JOB DESCRIPTION About the role An enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist is sought to work within our multidisciplinary team at Ballarat Health Services.

You will use your excellent clinical reasoning and musculoskeletal skills to manage a varied outpatient caseload. You will also have a key role in our multidisciplinary Persistent Pain and Aquatic services.

The position in the Persistent Pain program is designed to optimise the link between the acute and chronic musculoskeletal services and the Persistent Pain Management program.

Your work and skill set will be embedded with pain science education and geared towards supporting patients to return to meaningful movement and exercise.

The Aquatic program encompasses individual assessment and treatment including both individual and group sessions. This role also includes working closely with an AHA to co-ordinate our Aquatic Transition and Independent pool programs.

You will be... very well supported by experienced pain, musculoskeletal and aquatic physiotherapy senior staff. A grade 3 Aquatic role may become available within the next 2 years.

You will enjoy a friendly place to work, where your professional development is supported through regular in-service education, support from colleagues and formal clinical supervision.

You will have the opportunity to further develop your clinical leadership skills by supervisingjunior physiotherapists, AHA's and students, and involvement in quality improvement projects.
